• Connect with customers via calls, emails, and texts to understand their insurance needs and present suitable solutions
• Communicate the unique features and benefits of various insurance products to potential customers
• Follow up with prospects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage setting
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Experience selling with multiple carriers and in multiple states
• Strong understanding of insurance products and processes
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools/software
