Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients regarding Medicare plans
Explain Medicare options and enrollment processes to clients, ensuring they feel informed
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads promptly

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
Valid Resident State Health Insurance license
Continuing Education (CEs) are up to date
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and multiple CRM software systems
