Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a structured ramp curriculum focused on consultative selling and compliance
• Lead and develop a team of ramp-stage Sales Agents, setting clear expectations and coaching rhythms
• Analyze cohort trends and implement improvements to enhance ramp success and reduce time-to-first-sale

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in insurance sales, managing licensed agents in a quota-driven environment
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Experience building or optimizing structured ramp/onboarding frameworks
• Strong working knowledge of P&C products and regulatory requirements
• Analytical proficiency with CRM reporting and performance tracking tools
