• Maintain a robust sales pipeline by completing 20-30 calls per day, focusing on closing new business
• Provide an exceptional customer experience while educating potential clients on policy and product offerings
• Analyze customer motivations and handle objections effectively to facilitate sales

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
