Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a defined counseling program while providing high-quality customer service to students and families
• Support students through the admissions and enrollment process, including transcript evaluation and course placement
• Act as a liaison between the school, students, and families, ensuring accurate information on policies and addressing academic issues

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (MEd) in School Counseling
• 2-5 years of K-12 experience, focusing on 6-12 education
• Student and family-centered approach with a focus on positive relationships
• Ability to collect and analyze student data for improvement
• Knowledge of legal requirements affecting school counseling programs
