Licensed School Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time Counselor to provide virtual counseling services to K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing emotional, behavioral, or social issues
• Evaluate students' needs and develop personalized intervention plans
• Respond to and manage crises, and collaborate with families and school staff to support student success

Required Qualifications

• LCSW, LMSW, LICSW, LPC, or DOE School Counselor License
• 2+ years of experience in a K-12 school setting
• Strong technology skills
• High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
• Preference for licensure in specific states including Michigan, Colorado, and Texas
