Job Summary

Guiding students toward graduation and future success, the remote Licensed School Counselor will empower students in course selection, collaborate with various teams for seamless experiences, and evaluate academic records to ensure proper placement.

Key responsibilities

• Empower students to make informed course selections and develop personalized graduation plans
• Partner with admissions, enrollment, and Success Coaches to deliver seamless student experiences
• Monitor student progress, identify risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling with experience supporting grades 6-12
• Knowledgeable about legal and compliance requirements in school counseling
• Experienced in virtual or hybrid learning environments
• Data-literate and comfortable with digital tools and student information systems
• Skilled in high school counseling and/or school leadership
