Job Summary

Dedicated to making a profound impact on students with learning differences, the part-time Licensed School Social Worker will provide essential social work services, collaborate on treatment plans, and lead mental health interventions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect social work services to address the psychosocial and emotional needs of students and families
• Collaborate with school teams to develop tailored treatment plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals
• Lead mental health interventions by designing positive behavioral strategies and conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations

Required qualifications

• Active Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW)
• Valid state license or certificate for K-12 school practice
• Minimum of one year of full-time, on-site school social work experience
• Expertise in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks and psycho-educational evaluations
• Strong communication skills tailored for diverse student populations and families
