Job Summary

Guiding beneficiaries through their health insurance decisions, the full-time Licensed Seasonal Benefit Advisor will consult and advise clients over the phone in a call center environment, ensuring they select the right coverage while meeting daily sales metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to help them navigate and select appropriate health insurance options
• Meet daily sales goals and metrics while managing inbound and outbound calls
• Utilize multiple computer applications to provide seamless service during client interactions

Required qualifications

• Active resident state health insurance license
• Previous sales experience or a strong desire to learn in a sales role
• Proficiency in technology to navigate various systems effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours during peak enrollment periods
