Job Summary
Guiding beneficiaries through their health insurance decisions, the full-time Licensed Seasonal Benefit Advisor will consult and advise clients over the phone in a call center environment, ensuring they select the right coverage while meeting daily sales metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to help them navigate and select appropriate health insurance options
- Meet daily sales goals and metrics while managing inbound and outbound calls
- Utilize multiple computer applications to provide seamless service during client interactions
Required qualifications
- Active resident state health insurance license
- Previous sales experience or a strong desire to learn in a sales role
- Proficiency in technology to navigate various systems effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours during peak enrollment periods
