Licensed Select Manager

Job Summary

Proactively leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time Licensed Select Manager will manage client service needs, conduct hiring, and ensure compliance with servicing standards in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Account Managers, providing coaching and feedback while addressing issues and coordinating with senior management
• Conduct interviews and make hiring selections in collaboration with another manager, ensuring proper licensing and task management
• Participate in leadership meetings and assist with new hire training and workflow coordination

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with the company preferred
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload, with a wired Ethernet connection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a coaching/mentoring mindset
