Job Summary

Licensed Senior Account Manager, responsible for the ongoing management of commercial clients, retention of new and renewal clients, and supervising a team, in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage accounts, coordinating services, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Negotiate and secure appropriate carrier coverage for new and renewal business, maintaining relationships with product managers
• Supervise and train team members while ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management experience, with a focus on Transportation
• High School diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred
• Appropriate insurance agent's license is required
• Willingness to continue education is essential
• Demonstrated success in overall customer service
