Licensed Senior Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Architect (environmental infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops building design plans and detailed specifications to meet project requirements
• Reviews regulatory codes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Coordinates and reviews integrated project approaches to ensure cohesive design implementation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A degree in Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum of 5 years of architecture experience or related experience
• Completed the AXP (Architectural Experience Program) process or working towards professional license
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, building science, and building systems
