Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center facilities, the fully remote Licensed Senior Architectural Lead will serve as the principal technical authority across Civil, Structural, Landscape, and Architecture (CSLA) disciplines, ensuring high standards of quality and operational efficiency throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior technical lead for CSLA disciplines, guiding projects from conceptual planning to final turnover
- Establish and enforce design standards, reviewing deliverables for technical quality and driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and ensure timely project delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale, high-performance data center facility design
- Proven track record leading CSLA design disciplines on hyperscale or enterprise data center projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and Google Suite
- Deep expertise in structural design and a comprehensive understanding of architectural details for data center environments
- Knowledge of construction standards, building regulations, and safety protocols for mission-critical infrastructure projects
