Job Summary

To provide expert legal support in commercial agreements, the full-time Licensed Senior Attorney will lead the negotiation and execution of complex contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while collaborating with various departments in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts, identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks
• Collaborate with departments such as Program Management, Engineering, and Finance to ensure comprehensive contract terms are addressed
• Advise on enterprise risk management and process optimization to enhance legal service efficiency

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a license to practice in one of the 50 U.S. States
• Minimum of 7 years' experience as an actively licensed attorney
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of specified locations or be active-duty military service members
