Licensed Senior Attorney, Commercial

Job Summary

Leading the negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts, the full-time Licensed Senior Attorney, Commercial will provide legal support to Eaton's Electrical/Industrial Sectors and Global Supply Chain organization while working in a hybrid environment from various locations including Arden NC, Beachwood OH, Davenport IA, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC, or Waukesha WI.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute complex contracts while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive review and approval of contractual terms
• Advise on enterprise risk management and process optimization to enhance legal services

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a license to practice in one of the 50 U.S. States
• Minimum of 7 years' experience as an actively licensed attorney
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of specified locations or be an active-duty military service member
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
