Job Summary

Leading the negotiation and execution of complex commercial agreements, the full-time Licensed Senior Attorney, Contracts will provide legal support for Eaton's Electrical/Industrial Sectors and Global Supply Chain, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while working in a hybrid environment from various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute intricate commercial contracts, analyzing terms to mitigate legal and commercial risks
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure comprehensive addressing of contractual terms and compliance
• Provide practical legal advice on enterprise risk management and process optimization to streamline legal services

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a license to practice in one of the 50 U.S. States
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an actively licensed attorney
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of specified locations or be an active-duty military service member
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
