Managing high-exposure and litigated auto liability claims from inception through resolution, the fully remote Licensed Senior Auto Claims Adjuster will apply extensive claims management experience, conduct complex bodily injury investigations, and engage in settlement negotiations while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
