Job Summary

To analyze and process commercial auto bodily injury claims, the full-time Licensed Senior Auto Claims Examiner will manage the litigation process, ensure proper documentation, and maintain communication with stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Processes commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensures accurate documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims, developing action plans to meet deadlines
• Communicates claim actions and processing updates with insured parties, clients, and agents or brokers as necessary

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Licensed in the contiguous 48 states
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial auto litigation and bodily injury claims
• Demonstrable experience handling mid to high-level injury claims
• Strong knowledge of commercial auto policies, coverage, and medical terminology
