Licensed Senior Behavioral Care Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time Senior Behavioral Care Manager will oversee care coordination for members in the Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (VIOP), managing clinical outreach, eligibility screening, and case management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical outreach to families and provide education about VIOP services
• Screen and assess prospective members for eligibility and guide families through the admissions process
• Coordinate care schedules and serve as the primary point of contact for members and families, ensuring effective communication and support

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and Associate Registration (or state equivalent)
• Experience in intensive outpatient programs or high acuity behavioral health settings preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
• Proficiency in computer and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets)
• Skilled in case management and care coordination
