Licensed Senior Care Manager

Job Summary

As a remote Senior Manager of Care Transformation, the candidate will contribute to the design and evolution of clinical care models, support strategic decision-making through data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative mental health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and evolution of BetterHelp's care models, including workflows and AI-supported experiences
• Analyze clinical, product, and operational data to provide actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team to evaluate and implement clinical care partnerships

Required qualifications

• Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work
• Clinical background in mental health, including experience in digital mental health settings
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and their applications in mental health care
• Experience with data science applications in healthcare and ability to analyze datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience collaborating across teams
