Licensed Senior Care Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Manager of Care Transformation, the candidate will contribute to the design and evolution of clinical care models, support strategic decision-making through data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance mental health service delivery in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and evolution of care models, including workflows and AI-supported experiences
• Analyze clinical, product, and operational data to provide clear recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team to evaluate and implement clinical care partnerships

Required qualifications

• Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work
• Clinical background in mental health, including experience in telemedicine or digital mental health
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and their applications in mental health care
• Experience with data science applications in healthcare settings
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to support strategy and decision-making
