Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster- Environmental.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability and Environmental claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• 2-3 years of litigation experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
