Job Summary

Experienced claims professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex Auto and General Liability claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while applying analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Interact extensively with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with related claims and business software
