Job Summary

Experienced claims professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster, responsible for investigating and resolving complex General Liability claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication during the claims process
• Document claim activities efficiently to support outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all jurisdictions where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
