Job Summary

Experienced claims professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex Auto and General Liability claims, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
