Job Summary

Managing complex bodily injury claims and litigation, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for resolution, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims using analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to ensure timely resolution and exceptional service
• Document and manage claim activity in accordance with statutory and ethical standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims and business software
