Job Summary

Experienced claims professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster, responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and effectively resolve claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
