Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing complex Auto and General Liability claims, the full-time Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, applying analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjuster's license and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
