Experienced claims professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex Auto and General Liability claims, ensuring effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while applying analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
