Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolutions
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
• Document and manage claim activity in accordance with statutory and ethical requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
