Managing complex bodily injury claims and litigation remotely, the full-time Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions for auto liability claims
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
- Document claim activity and provide timely updates to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business software
