Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex Auto and General Liability claims, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will apply claims management expertise, engage with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are managed
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer proficiency with claims and business software
