Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex General Liability claims, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
