Job Summary

Managing complex General Liability and Auto Liability claims, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will leverage extensive claims management experience to analyze exposures, interact with stakeholders, and ensure effective resolutions while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, applying analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in Florida and Texas
• Strong background in General Liability and Auto Liability claims handling
• Familiarity with industry standards and related claims software
