Job Summary

Managing complex General Liability and Auto Liability claims, the fully remote Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will utilize extensive claims management experience to analyze exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and ensure exceptional service to clients and claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate timely resolutions
• Document claim activities and decisions to support the overall claims management process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in FL and TX
• Strong background in General Liability and Auto Liability claims handling
• Familiarity with industry standards and claims management software
