Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Advocate to provide claim services to customers regarding Commercial Lines Claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and report claims, assign tasks, and discuss coverage with insureds
- Research coverage and negotiate reserve changes with carriers
- Prepare claims management reports and assist underwriting staff with claim information
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of claims advocate experience or equivalent experience as a claims adjuster
- Broker's license or attainment thereof upon hire
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with team members
- Self-motivated and driven
