Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Advocate to provide claim services to customers regarding Commercial Lines Claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and report claims, assign tasks, and discuss coverage with insureds
  • Research coverage and negotiate reserve changes with carriers
  • Prepare claims management reports and assist underwriting staff with claim information
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of claims advocate experience or equivalent experience as a claims adjuster
  • Broker's license or attainment thereof upon hire
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with team members
  • Self-motivated and driven
