Job Summary

Focusing on Commercial Property and Inland Marine claims, the full-time Licensed Senior Claims Advocate will manage complex claims, conduct investigations, and ensure fair settlements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex claims related to commercial property and inland marine damage
• Make prompt contact with customers to set expectations and develop action plans
• Investigate claim damages and determine coverage through data analysis and policy review

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Property claims handling
• Adjuster's license required, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Experience with Xactimate and XactContents software
• 2+ years of experience handling fire and water losses
• Knowledge of claims processes, policy language, and insurance industry practices
