Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Licensed Senior Client Manager will provide customer service, support new business development, and mentor staff while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Foster and manage relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Develop new business opportunities and initiate the renewal process for existing clients
  • Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and prepare proposals while reviewing policy accuracy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five or more years of related work experience
  • Valid insurance license with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of private client customizable coverages
