Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Licensed Senior Client Manager will provide customer service, support new business development, and mentor staff while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Foster and manage relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Develop new business opportunities and initiate the renewal process for existing clients
- Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and prepare proposals while reviewing policy accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of related work experience
- Valid insurance license with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of private client customizable coverages
