Licensed Senior Client Manager

Job Summary

Fostering and managing client relationships, the full-time Licensed Senior Client Manager will provide customer service for assigned clients, develop new business opportunities, and mentor staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Develop and implement renewal strategies for existing clients
• Analyze marketing results and prepare proposals for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of experience in the Private Client/High Net Worth insurance space
• Valid insurance license and compliance with Continuing Education requirements
• Experience in Private Client services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
