Licensed Senior Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager, MFLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of clinical and operational projects, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and contractual requirements
• Support project planning and prioritization, maintaining accurate project information and tracking progress
• Engage with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional resources to facilitate project alignment and implementation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of experience in clinical operations or behavioral health programs in a regulated environment
• 5+ years of project management experience with complex, cross-functional projects
• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health Services, Psychology, or Social Work
• Required licenses include LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent
• Must obtain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within the first year of employment
