Licensed Senior Clinical Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure evidence-based, culturally responsive, and outcomes-driven care across the team
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of Coach Managers and clinical staff
• Drive the development and implementation of clinical training and maintain a personal caseload of pediatric clients

Required Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology or a Master's degree from a clinical track
• Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States
• 5+ years of postdoctoral or licensed clinical experience, preferably in an academic or public health setting
• Experience in clinical supervision and managing a clinical program or mental health initiative
• Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care
