A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their legal team, focusing on public-sector transactions and technology-related deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex technology contracts, including SaaS agreements and public-sector regulations
• Provide legal support for public-sector organizations and ensure contract compliance with corporate policies
• Lead strategic projects and collaborate cross-functionally to draft terms for new products and services

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of combined experience in law firm and in-house legal settings
• Law Degree from an accredited institution and an active license to practice law in the U.S
• Extensive experience negotiating complex enterprise and public-sector contracts
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement regulations and SaaS revenue recognition issues
• Experience with data privacy laws and artificial intelligence contract provisions
