Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel - East (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal negotiations with customers for Enterprise and Strategic deals
• Provide guidance on various transactions, including subscription and vendor agreements
• Shape initiatives to streamline the contracting process as the company scales

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct customer interaction
• 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers
• Understanding of the full contract lifecycle from NDA to signature process
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• Proficient in managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites
