Job Summary

Seeking a highly qualified Licensed Senior Counsel, Commercial to join the Commercial & Technology team in a remote eligible, full-time role, where the candidate will manage high-value deal negotiations, provide strategic legal advice, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Airbnb's global mission.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive multiple high-value deals simultaneously, managing timelines and negotiations from term sheet to close
• Proactively identify and resolve legal, regulatory, and strategic risks while providing business-oriented advice
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to solve complex problems and advance deal objectives

Required qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Licensed attorney with 10-15+ years of significant commercial legal experience, including 5+ years in high-value strategic partnerships
• Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial partnerships across diverse industries
• Transactional training at a top-tier law firm with experience in complex commercial matters
• Working knowledge of data privacy and security frameworks as they apply to commercial agreements
