Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Licensed Senior Counsel, EPC will manage procurement, contract negotiations, and compliance matters related to energy storage projects while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate equipment supply and EPC contracts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple transactions and provide legal support throughout the construction and operational life cycle of projects
- Identify material risks and communicate proposed solutions to executives and team leads
Required qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active bar licensure in at least one US jurisdiction
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in utility-scale battery energy storage procurement, construction, and operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions and competing priorities
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
