Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Americas Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key legal advisor, providing practical guidance and building trusted relationships across the business
• Lead sophisticated commercial matters and provide advice on commercial terms and risk dynamics
• Offer timely guidance on labor and employment matters, partnering closely with HR and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of legal experience with a focus on complex commercial contracting and advisory work
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex commercial, operational, financial, and risk issues
• Background in brokerage, capital markets, or transaction-driven service lines
• Experience providing labor and employment guidance across various worker classifications
