Job Summary

To enhance the healthcare experience for brokers and their clients, the full-time Licensed Senior Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships, facilitate smooth transitions, and drive customer retention and expansion in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer transitions and ensure product confidence to meet customer needs
  • Lead relationships with brokers and clients, presenting plan data and managing the annual renewal process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer and broker experiences and provide strategic advice on benefits
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the health or benefits space, preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • Licensed broker status
  • Strong understanding of health plan operations and finances is a plus
  • Values-oriented with a commitment to improving the healthcare system
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and demonstrate resilience and flexibility
