Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to management and HR, addressing workplace challenges and promoting solutions
• Conduct clinical risk assessments and manage referrals for members seeking support
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and conduct case reviews for coordinated support

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent license in a behavioral health field
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or related behavioral health setting
