Key Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship development
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives, leading discussions around risk strategy and coverage structure
• Leverage strong carrier partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive solutions and seamless execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or benefits insurance production or advisory experience
• Demonstrated success selling mid-to-large market commercial insurance programs
• Established network and proven ability to generate new business
• Deep understanding of commercial risk, coverage structures, and market dynamics
• Active insurance license required; Bachelor's degree preferred
