Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal-Sr Counsel to join their dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and translate various agreements for internal and external clients
• Support sales/business teams with contract terms and the RFP process
• Identify and address risk areas in contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in good standing
• Experience in software licensing within a SaaS environment
• Strong skills in contract formation, preparation, and negotiation
• Ability to identify key risk and policy issues in transactions
• Basic understanding of U.S. software intellectual property law
